We are capable of fabricating and assembling pipes and spools in API 5L carbon steel, performing all stages of preparation, alignment, beveling, qualified welding under approved WPS and PQR procedures, and application of coatings and anti-corrosive coatings according to the technical specifications of the oil industry. Our services include joint inspection using dye penetrant, gamma radiography, or ultrasound according to ASME B31.4, as well as the execution of hydrostatic tests with calibrated and certified equipment, ensuring that each weld and pipe section meets the acceptance criteria, quality requirements, and environmental regulations required by the responsible entities.
